Very pleased with service. Used this on New Years Eve and pre-booked the cab for 2am and it was right on time. Another friend booked for 1am and it was only a few minutes early. The other ride sharing service wouldn't take pre-bookings as it was their peak time". Glad to see another service launch to give them competition and hopefully avoid this "surge pricing" issue. Lets hope the City of Burlington helps to promote more competition in this industry. We've already seen other companies exit that had serviced Burlington for 40 years !"

We recently used this service for the first time for delivery and pick up at Pearson Airport. The booking process was fast and easy. Our two drivers Bob and Sinan, courteous and professional, and communication with them before our flight and pick up after our return was prompt and clearly handled. I highly recommend them.

Very reliable and friendly service. Showed up on time at 5am in a van as requested. 6 of us to Jamaica fit comfortably. The flat rates to/from YYC airport were ver reasonable.

I use cab a lot but I prefer this taxi company because they always on time and prices are affordable.

Used Whistle for the first time in a Wednesday night in Whistler. Booking our ride was a bit confusing because we could not put our unit number in the pick up address so the driver was confused when he arrived and had to call us.Our driver was amazing. Really nice guy, clean car and safe driver.When we left the restaurant we were at we attempted to get another car. The soonest we could get on was 40 minutes. I have never waited that long with lift and Uber especially on a weeknight. We decided to order a taxi and it arrived in 5 minutes. It was also 1 dollar cheaper then our ride to the restaurant.I love the idea of Whistle but it’s not convenient when there are not enough drivers. If they had more drivers this would be great and maybe clean up the app a bit.I will give it another shot and see it gets better.

I recently used JIT transport for travel to and from Pearson airport and I couldn't have been happier with them! We use JIT at my work and it was much more affordable than Airways Transit. I received clear communication about the pick-up time, and was contacted by the driver in advance. When my flight home was delayed, the driver was easy to contact and was able to accommodate my new itinerary. Using JIT was a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be doing so again!

Use this company every week, very professional, have new vehicles and very clean and respectful drivers. Have been using this services for the past 4 years and they are never late always on time.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. Not terrible, but not great.I arranged our service many days in advance and still they were 50min late to pick up. Not the worst thing, but nothing was communicated which is not what should be expected from hiring a car service.Once they arrived, the driver was great and the vehicle was clean and accommodating.I did try to reach out to someone to talk about my experience but no response after 2weeks. Would have been nice to get an apology or an explanation. Would have been even nicer to get a credit because I did find it ironic that I got an email saying that if I leave them waiting for more than 10min, additional charges will start to be applied. The fine print should have said something like we're allowed to leave you waiting up to an hour before we start issuing credits"
